About Carolyn
- Carolyn has been in the hospitality customer service industry for 30 years and in 1996 she established The Nantucket Concierge knowing there was a need to offer visitors to the island more personal services. The Nantucket Concierge also offered assistance with event and wedding planning services.
- Along with running her own successful company for 25 years, she was the personal assistant for a restaurant Management Company and a managed a local catering company for years gaining valuable experience in the world of food and beverage. A highly motivated and creative leader in her field, she sold The Nantucket Concierge in 2015 and became a manager at The Nantucket Hotel & Resort for five years. She then moved to Boston to assist with the opening of Encore Boston Harbor, a Wynn Casino and became the Wynn Rewards Manager overseeing 110 employees.

- Still maintaining her wedding business, now Nantucket Island Weddings, Carolyn works closely with the bride and groom and their vendors to coordinate the perfect destination weddings. With over 250 weddings on her resume, she is confident to oversee a flawless event and continues to provide her clients with excellent customer service to insure a memorable experience for all involved.
